Refund policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
• The item must be in the same condition you received it.
• Proof of purchase is required.

Items that have been used, damaged by misuse, or returned outside the return period may not be eligible for a refund.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We'll work with you to provide a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Change of Mind

We accept change-of-mind returns on unused items. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we'll notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.
